La collection du LISM accueille la production scientifique déposée par les chercheurs, enseignants-chercheurs et doctorants du laboratoire.
Elle permet notamment :
- d'assurer une large diffusion des résultats de la recherche produite par le laboratoire
- d'accroître la visibilité de la production scientifique des chercheurs du laboratoire, accessible librement et indexée par la plupart des moteurs de recherche
